The LOCO Framework
Four moving parts that turn effort into progress
Under the hood, LOCO runs on a simple framework we call POTS: Phases, Objectives, Tasks and SEDOs. Together they turn a vague career plan into a working system.

Let's review your week. You had 3 tasks planned. I see you shipped the case study but didn't get to the networking goal. What happened?
The case study turned into a bigger SEDO than expected. Worth it though.
I got offered a contract role but it's outside my target industry. Should I take it?
Let's think through this. You're in Phase 3, building credibility. Does this contract add a SEDO you can use, or is it just income? Both are valid, but they change your next move.
I noticed a shift in your target market. Product design roles in fintech are now asking for "AI prototyping" as a skill. This wasn't common 3 months ago.
Should I add that to my skill targets?
It fits your phase. I'll flag it for Sergent to add to your next weekly review.
One intelligence system. Three specialised agents. Zero guesswork.
Built for the ambitious
Starting with students and early professionals
We are building V1 of LOCO for people at the beginning of the long journey. Students, recent graduates and early career professionals who know they are capable of more but do not yet have a system to match their ambition. Since 2022 we have had over a thousand conversations about careers and formally ran The Career Talk CDI with a first group of twenty five professionals and students. Eighty percent of them agreed to pre pay, pilot or refer the product. They are our Phase Zero cohort and their stories shape every decision we make.
Early access will focus on this group first. If you are in that stage and you take your growth seriously, you are exactly who we are building for.
Coming next
Built to plug into universities and employers
Over time, LOCO becomes more powerful when it connects the people who are growing with the institutions that train and hire them. For universities, LOCO can act as a progression layer across cohorts, turning scattered career workshops into a structured journey that students actually follow. For employers and startups, LOCO can define the skills and proof points they care about and sponsor SEDO style projects that give candidates real experience before they ever interview.
The long term vision is a shared language of phases, objectives, tasks and SEDOs between ambitious people, their universities and the companies that back them.
We are only at the beginning
V1 of LOCO will cover the six core phases, weekly sessions with Sergent and the first wave of SEDOs that turn effort into proof. After that we are exploring shared roadmaps with friends, pre-built tracks with universities and deeper integrations with the tools you already use. We prefer to ship these when they are ready rather than promise a long list up front, but the direction is clear. LOCO is meant to grow with you, not just launch and freeze.
